Jerome Downey is the founder of DMF Energy Inc., a management consultancy advancing construction innovation, leadership and professional development. He is also a Public Affairs Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces where he supports strategic defence communications and industry engagement. An entrepreneur and active civic leader, he serves on the boards of organizations focused on education, health, international engagement and justice, continuing a family legacy of public service in Nova Scotia, Canada.
