NATO DIANA Program Manager
Robyn Warrier is the Program Manager for COVE’s NATO DIANA Accelerator Program, where she leads COVE’s dual-use innovation initiatives. In this role, Robyn supports companies across the NATO alliance in advancing and commercializing technologies with both civilian and defence applications.
She plays a key role in building strategic partnerships with prime contractors, government stakeholders, and the broader business community—bridging the gap between pioneering innovators and end-users tackling complex operational challenges.
With a background as a dual-use founder and deep experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and product and business development, Robyn brings a practical, founder-informed perspective to the innovators she supports through the DIANA program.
